The wonders of Yoga are many.  Here is a sampling.

Through Yoga you can discover there is a well of strength within each being that is infinite; and you can achieve the ability to tap into this strength.  The strength for pretty much anything - to fight for one's convictions, to overcome discomfort and stress  from hostile people and environments or to enhance physical health.

Similarly with Yoga you can also find an equally boundless ability to dissolve one's quirks and biases and the ability to diminish or quell one's weaknesses as appropriate.

Simply put one's 'nature' is a very malleable and evolutionary thing  whose possibilities are limitless, but whose realization is often limited.

Physiologically Yoga can enhance significantly your immune systems, your muscular systems and the functioning of various organs and internal systems of the body such as digestive, excretory and respiratory.  A major proportion of all ailments are psychosomatic and Yoga addresses them at the root cause and not through symptomatic relief.

Yoga can help you develop intellectually in many ways e.g. being more discerning and discriminatory.  Simple things such as the incongruity of "My God is God, your God is not" become more readily (and harmoniously) apparent.

With Yoga one's health - health defined as the well-being of the body, mind and soul -  is largely in one's own hands.
